CoverageOnboarding
Nigeria supported, AML/CFT policy on business applications
  • Nigeria is now supported. Customers in Nigeria can onboard and use USD, EUR, and GBP rails. See Countries.
  • Business customers can share their AML/CFT policy. Businesses can now attach their AML/CFT compliance policy to their application. It’s optional and doesn’t change which documents are required. See KYB.
ComplianceDashboardPayments
Compliance requests in your dashboard, your brand on customer emails
  • Answer compliance requests in the dashboard or API. When MoonPay needs more information about one of your customers, the request now arrives in your dashboard and through the API, instead of by email or Slack. Copy the questions to your customer, submit their answers and documents, and handle follow-up rounds in the same place. See Information Requests.
  • Send customer emails from your own domain. Emails to your customers can carry your logo, your sender name, and your own verified domain. The MoonPay Enterprise team sets it up and sends you the DNS records to publish. See Customer email branding.
  • See which payment rails a customer can’t use, and why. A customer’s Banking Capabilities card now lists Unavailable Capabilities by currency, with the reason for each rail. The same data is in the API as blocking_abilities. See the API changelog.
  • One page for every rail and region. Rails and capabilities covers Virtual Accounts, payment rails, coverage, onboarding models, and our licenses.
Wallets
Wallet as a Service
  • Give your users a wallet without a seed phrase. MoonPay Wallet as a Service mints self-custodial, embedded wallets for Ethereum and EVM chains, Solana, and Tron with a single SDK call. Your users never install an extension or leave your app. See Wallet as a Service.
DashboardOnboarding
New dashboard address, fix rejected documents yourself
  • The dashboard is now at app.enterprise.moonpay.com. Sign-in, MFA, and password reset all work on the new address. See Dashboard.
  • Fix rejected documents yourself. When a customer’s document is rejected and can be retried, the dashboard shows why and lets your admins upload a replacement on the customer’s behalf. Onboarding keeps moving without a new KYC link. See Resolve rejected documents.
  • Viewers can generate KYC links. Team members with the Viewer role can now create KYC links for customers, not only copy existing ones.
Payments
Fewer payout details
  • Fewer details needed to pay out to US and SWIFT bank accounts. Registering a USD bank account no longer needs the recipient’s email address or phone number, and a SWIFT account no longer needs the bank’s address. See Fiat addresses.
IssuanceOnboarding
PYUSDx, instant answers on prohibited industries
  • PYUSDx is live. PYUSDx is a DeFi-oriented issuance platform from MoonPay and M0, built in partnership with PayPal. Launch your own stablecoin backed 1:1 by PYUSD, with programmable rewards. Availability varies by jurisdiction. See PYUSDx.
  • Prohibited industries get an answer at submission. A business in a prohibited industry is now declined the moment you submit it, instead of waiting in manual review. The full industry list is published, so you can check before you submit. See Prohibited industries.
OnboardingComplianceDashboard
US companies verified from official records, one set of terms
  • US companies verified from official records. When a US company matches the official company registry by name and registration number, it no longer needs to upload its company documents. See Automatic verification for US companies.
  • One set of terms for every customer. A single global Terms and Conditions document now applies to every customer, wherever they live. See Onboarding.
  • Collect tax IDs from approved EEA customers. Send an approved EEA customer a short hosted step that asks only for their tax ID. Their approval stays in place. See Trigger Customer TIN Step-Up.
  • Spending limits in your customer’s currency. Customer spending limits in the dashboard now show in the customer’s own currency instead of EUR.
DashboardPaymentsComplianceOnboarding
Quote or Route, Compliance page, USD SWIFT, dynamic limits
  • Quote or Route. Creating a trade in the dashboard now comes down to two options. A Quote is a one-off trade for a set amount at a locked FX rate. A Route is a standing setup that stays live and accepts any amount: an onramp, an offramp, or a stable-to-stable swap. What used to be called Market is now Route. See Routes.
  • A Compliance page for customers who need attention. The dashboard’s Compliance page sorts customers into tabs by what’s blocking them, from incomplete applications to EDD and pending review, so you go straight to the ones that need you. See Compliance.
  • See what’s missing from an application. A customer’s detail sheet lists the requirements still open on their application, so you know exactly what to collect.
  • Find customers by your own ID. Search customers by your external ID, and filter the list to businesses or individuals.
  • USD over SWIFT. USD virtual accounts include SWIFT details for international deposits. Business customers can send and receive SWIFT payments, and individual customers can receive SWIFT deposits. See Currencies and rails.
  • Spending limits that fit each customer. An individual’s spending limit is now calculated from the income they declare in the KYC questionnaire, instead of one fixed limit. Business customers have no enforced limit. Check a customer’s current limit on their dashboard profile or through the API. See Limits.
